I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views overlooking the Gateway of India and Marine Drive, but the noise was a bit of a letdown. The service, especially from Anshula, Kiran, Pritesh, and Kiran, went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The hotel offers classic rooms decorated with fresh flowers and balloons, spacious and very classy. The service encountered was professional and courteous, while the location is ideal for reaching main attractions and pleasant walks along the waterfront. The dining experience was superb overall with the exception of dinner lacking variety. The facilities were fantastic, providing everything one could need.
