Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views overlooking the Gateway of India and Marine Drive, but the noise was a bit of a letdown. The service, especially from Anshula, Kiran, Pritesh, and Kiran, went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The hotel offers classic rooms decorated with fresh flowers and balloons, spacious and very classy. The service encountered was professional and courteous, while the location is ideal for reaching main attractions and pleasant walks along the waterfront. The dining experience was superb overall with the exception of dinner lacking variety. The facilities were fantastic, providing everything one could need.
Staying at this hotel felt like being part of an exclusive club where guests socialize and share experiences. The rooms were of generous sizes with a modern touch, and the Palace Lounge offered complimentary tea and evening drinks, adding great value to the stay. The sea view from the Palace room was stunning, though some areas could be improved for an even better experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was unbeatable, right opposite the Gateway of India with stunning views, the rooms were quite small and basic, albeit comfortable. The service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff, making my stay memorable.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms, although not very spacious, were well-equipped and quiet, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. The location, right next to the Gateway of India monument in downtown Mumbai, was simply incomparable. The dining experience had delicious cuisine from around the world. The facilities were excellent overall.
I stayed in the Heritage corner and walking through the grand steps was a mesmerizing experience. The lovely and well-appointed rooms were large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The service was welcoming and helpful right from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring all major attractions and enjoying lovely walks along the waterfront. The dining experience was outstanding, thanks to the superb food and service. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were very luxurious, equipped with all modern amenities, facing the main street, and serviced twice a day. Everything was very nice and incredibly clean. The service was top-notch, always ensuring they were a step ahead in knowing my needs and creating a wow factor. The staff was polite, friendly, and went the extra mile to add more value to my experience by providing additional information and suggestions. The location was bustling with activity, offering a unique experience. The dining was outstanding, thanks to the superb food and superb service. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and had a view of The Gate of India, although not sea-facing but overlooking the pool. The front office staff made check-in a breeze. The service was impeccable, with everyone going above and beyond to make us feel special. The location was fantastic, offering a relaxing atmosphere by the waterfront near the famous India Gate. The dining options were varied, although a bit costly and disappointing. Overall, a great experience worth the value.
The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean with delicious food and offer breathtaking views of the sunrise. However, the distance to the lift can be challenging for guests with special needs.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were so romantically decorated, running a warm bath with rose petals, and celebratory pillows, making it a truly luxurious experience. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The location was stunning, next to Indian Gate with a rich historical significance. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a taste of royalty. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience was fantastic.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful and much nicer than your average hotel room, with a lovely view of the Gateway to India and the Arabian Sea. They were kept very neat, clean, and spacious. The service was top-notch, especially from Subashish, Harendra, and Rishi at the front desk, making me feel welcome and attended to. However, the dining experience fell short as the food quality did not match the hotel's renowned reputation. Overall, a great value for the fantastic location and friendly service.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The room in the classic Palace part was absolutely gorgeous with a large, luxurious bathroom and many extras but the service was disappointing due to the room not being ready on time. The location was convenient, just across the street from Gateway of India, but it needs an upgrade. The dining options were a bit of a letdown compared to the hotel's grandeur.
